No Contact
by Patty
I was glad to read all about No Contact as this has given me encouragement and confirmation. My ex abuser (narc!) contacted me through email supposedly wondering how I am doing after going no contact since June 29 of this year ... barely a month of real no contact. We have seen each other off and on since 2013 because I struggled with no contact. It is hard because I still have feelings for him, but I do know that those feelings are not healthy any more for me to have, for me to move forward. I am glad because I wondered if the abuser would ever pay for all he had done to me ... and then he contacted me. So I guess this is the best revenge - he obviously did NOT like the No Contact for real as it shows him I am no longer hooked! |
