Never giving up

Hi my name is Sam,

I have been out of my relationship for 3 year's now but I'm still a victim of DV and can't seem to understand why.

My ex has his own life and girlfriend and child and still lives in our home. As we are still married he has it all - but won't let me get my own life back.

He uses his girlfriend to get at me.

I've been separated for 3 years. He got me the sack from job. I've got 20 police logs that are not worth the paper. He has turned all friends an family against me, and has reported me to child services. And managed to get me arrested for assault when he was the one who assaulted me out side my home!
He's not lived in for 3 years an I got charged with beating him up.

He tried to keep my son even thought I had a residence order an he has contact order and the police can't do a thing about it , they said it's not worth the paper that it's on that I should go back to court.

Am still in and out of court and representing myself and just getting me down, but hope that one day I can live in peace with my children and live a fulfilling live.
