If you feel you need mental help don't hesitate to go to a mental health hospitalby Anon
If after leaving an abusive relationship, you feel as though you are seriously having a breakdown or other problems brought on by the trauma, then don't be frightened to seek the right help for yourself. And as said, if you feel you need mental help then don't hesitate going to a mental health hospital. I turned myself into a Psychiatric hospital and it really helped me find myself again and realize what I need to do for myself to get through the pain and hurt. Definitely get all the help you can and see a psychiatrist, therapist or therapy group. You don't need to suffer all by yourself as there are plenty of trained people out there who can and will help you if needed and if you can just ask. You can and will heal and move forward with your abuse-free life. Just keep pushing on and try to stay positive about your future. |
